Terms and Conditions

Your purchases are covered by New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However we don't offer refunds by default, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the issues which may include issuing a refund or exchanging the items for similar products. No refunds are available for change of mind purchases.

Genuine faulty products will be honoured under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993, however, we DO NO accept responsibility for: fair wear and tear, abuse, incorrect settings or configuration which results in damaging parts. We will try to help you get things going the way they are intended to be used but it is up to you to ensure you don't break or damage something. As you are buying parts to make sophisticated 3D Printers and electronic kits, it is up to you to ensure you actually know what you are doing. We provide online workshops at designated times to help you during your build (especially as this could avoid you breaking something) but we can not provide free personal support through every stage of building a 3D Printer just because you bought parts from us. We intend that the building documentation and online workshops will get you through the building and calibration and learning the basics to use of any of our 3D Printer kits for sale. Our online forums and blogs provide additional and advanced information for those who wish to learn more. We also provide paid hands-on courses in Wanaka, NZ to teach you everything that is needed to build and use our 3D printers.

Acceptance

By placing the order for goods through 3D Printing Ltd you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.

Pricing

All prices (unless specified) are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax), and are subject to change without notice (Error & Omissions Excepted). If you have bought something for the wrong price due to human error we will give you the option of a refund or to pay the difference.

Returns

In the event that a replacement or faulty product is determined, it can be sent back for replacement or repair, all goods to be returned must have a Goods Return Authority issued by us.

A note stating the fault of the product, the purchaser's name, address, email address and 3D Printing NZ Ltd's order number when you originally purchased the item should be included with the goods. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement. For additional information on our return policies, please contact our Customer Service department using our contact page.

  • Returns may take up to 5 working days to process.
  • You are required to pay for the courier back to us, we will pay for the courier back to you.

Delivery Policy

  • Parcels will be sent using NZ couriers or NZ Post or another courier company like DHL.
  • Large items will generally be sent with Upper Clutha Transport, Mainfreight or DHL.
  • Products in stock will usually be dispatched within 2 working days unless out of stock and you will be notified. If there are any unforeseen delays in despatching your goods you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Products which are made to order will have different dispatch times, usually within 10 working days depending on the product, Large Geodesic domes will have a longer production time.

Specifications

Every effort has been made to portray the correct technical specifications of products available on our online store, however, there could be some variation in these specifications although this won't affect the quality of the end product or it's intended use. If you find something which is incorrect please tell us immediately and we will update our online specifications and documentation. It will be up to our discretion to refund or exchange an item if it is not exactly the same specifications we stated.
